Athletic Yoga

Using your breath to create balance of strength and flexibility in each asana (pose), you will improve your mobility and athletic performance with this healing workout.  Increase your overall strength, conditioning, and endurance in both the body and mind, while learning movements to prevent injuries.  Adjustments can be made based on sport and individual need.  Appropriate for athletes of all levels.

One hour weekly session focused on safe and effective changes in speed and direction. Emphasis is placed on teaching proper form during running, jumping, and making cuts. Improve your athleticism and reduce the risk of non-contact injuries.

Barre Yoga

Sculpt and tone your entire body with Barre.  A full workout targeting all of the areas we love to exercise the most.  Core, upper body, and lower body.  The class will take you through interval strength training, isometric holds, and deep muscle work that will all result in strong, long, and beautiful muscles.

Continually evolving 45 minute total body workout with a dynamic warm up.  Improve strength and cardio levels and challenge your body in new ways with fun and functional exercises. You’ll never do the same workout twice.

Indoor Cycling (Spin) : 

Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is a truly fantastic cardiovascular workout. Stability Ball Conditioning

Utilizing the stability ball for strengthening, conditioning, and cardiovascular benefits, this class takes a unique and fun approach to fitness.  This class will assist in balance, tone, agility, and strength while emphasizing in core stabilization.  For all levels.

TRX Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX (Total-body Resistance X-training) exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This workout will help you increase total-body flexibility, mobility, and stability, as well as develop core strength and cardiovascular fitness. The focus will be on technique, flexibility, balance, & strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy-to-follow progressions (class capacity: 12).
